Account Manager to join our team in West Midlands - United Kingdom

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager who will be specialised in the construction/trade, utilities/telecoms or Industrial/drivers, to join our team in West Midlands - United Kingdom and who will ensure the long-term success and business relationship with our clients.

You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with your assigned client portfolio, responsible for connecting with key business executives, you will liaise between customers and internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to our client’s needs.

Responsibilities
• Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your clients portfolio
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Ensure the timely and successful collection and delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal stakeholders
• Forecast and track key account metrics
• Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure continuous growth troubleshooting
• Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed

Requirements
• Category B Driving licence
• Proven account management or other relevant experience
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and multitasking
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to pay strict attention to detail
